Terms and conditions
All prices are presented in Great British Pounds and include VAT. All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total, VAT-inclusive price payable by the customer for those items. All prices are quoted Ex Works PowerMark, Selby, UK. For deliveries to the European Union (EU), this price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the relevant rate. VAT exempt customers should contact us with their VAT number for a refund.
For payments made via BACS (Bank Transfer), the bank details are highlighted in the provided Pro Forma Invoice. You shall pay for the goods and services based on the pro forma invoice provided. Please mention your surname/company name and invoice number in the payment reference. The ‘Tax Invoice’ (which shall be a VAT invoice for accounting purposes) will follow completion of your payment, if you require a copy of your invoice by email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, we require full payment for any stock or special order items.
If you wish to pay be PayPal, credit and debit card, please contact a member of our team at email@example.com.
PowerMark’s liability for any claim of any kind, including claims for negligence, or for any loss or damage arising out of or connection with, or resulting from any order accepted by Power?ark, or from the manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, repair or use of any products covered by or finished under such an order shall in no case exceed the price allowable to the product or part thereof which gives rise to the claim. In no event shall Powermark be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages. Save that nothing in these conditions shall have the effect of excluding or limiting PowerMark’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from PowerMark’s negligence or any other loss which cannot be limited by law.
All prices quoted are exclusive of delivery charges which shall be quoted on the Pro Forma Invoice.
For stock items we aim to dispatch all of our goods within 2-3 working days after receiving payment, please allow extra time for bank holidays. Goods sent via our selected couriers will typically arrive to you within 3-5 working days, but please specify if any other type of postage is required.
For special order items we will inform you the lead-time upon quoting, please note lead-times can differ from quotation stage. Upon receiving the special order item to our works, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
One you have been informed the item is in stock, you may arrange collection with one of our customer service team members – firstname.lastname@example.org, please note we may need up to 48hrs notice. Collection times are 9.00AM – 4.30PM Monday to Friday.
All of our delivery times are subject to availability and as such are not guaranteed.
Returns and refund policy.
Subject to the below exceptions, PowerMark is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Your refund will be credited to you within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Non stock/special order Items will incur a 25% re-stocking fee given their less usual nature. All delivery / return charges are non-refundable. No additional warranties whether express or implied are given by PowerMark.
Returned goods must be returned to us in a ‘as new’ condition, complete with original unused packaging and instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or full refund if goods are not returned in a re-sale-able condition or are used or damaged in any way.
If for any reason you believe your item is faulty, incomplete or has a defect, please contact us immediately on 01757 428140 or by email at email@example.com and in any event within 48 hours of receipt.
Upon receipt of your goods you are advised to carefully inspect the packaging and contents to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods.
If you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to purchase the product before the product has been dispatched, then you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. Non stock/special order Items will incur a 25% re stocking fee given their less usual nature.
To cancel an order, please contact a member of our team – firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
To initiate a return, please contact us – email@example.com and include in the email header ‘RETURN REQUEST’ followed by your order number. Please provide any photos of the damaged products, if faulty.
