All prices are presented in Great British Pounds and include VAT. All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total, VAT-inclusive price payable by the customer for those items. For deliveries to the European Union (EU), this price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the relevant rate. VAT exempt customers should contact us with their VAT number for a refund.

 

For payments made via BAC’S (Bank Transfer), the bank details are highlighted In the provided Pro Forma Invoice. Please mention you surname/company name and invoice number in the payment reference. A copy of the ‘Tax Invoice’ will accompany your purchase, if you require a copy of your invoice by email, please email [email protected], we require full payment for any stock or special order items.

 

We accept payments via PayPal, credit and debit card, using the PayPal web invoice service. If you wish to pay by this service, please contact a member of our team – [email protected].

 

*Please note payments via PayPal, credit and debit card, will incur a 3.4% charge and the maximum order value is £1000. This service is for UK customers only.

 

All your personal information is treated as confidential and is held securely. We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties.

DELIVERIES:

Delivery charges are calculated upon receiving order confirmation from you and will be included in the Invoice.

 

Delivery Times –

 

For stock items we aim to dispatch all of our goods within 2-3 working days after receiving payment, please allow extra time for bank holidays. Goods sent via our selected couriers will typically arrive to you within 3-5 working days, but please specify if any other type of postage is required.

 

For special order items we will inform you the lead-time upon quoting, please note lead-times can differ from quotation stage. Upon receiving the special order item to our works, we will contact you to arrange delivery.

 

Free Collections –

 

One you have been informed the item is in stock, you may arrange collection with one of our customer service team members – [email protected], please note we may need upto 48hrs notice. Collection times are 9.00AM – 4.30PM Monday to Friday.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Subject to the below exceptions, PowerMark is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Your refund will be credited to you within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Non stock/special order Items will incur a 25% re stocking fee.

 

Returned goods must returned to us in a ‘as new’ condition, complete with original unused goods, packaging and instructions.

 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or full refund if goods are not returned in a re-sale-able condition or are damaged.

 

If for any reason you believe your item is faulty, or has a defect, please contact us immediately – 01757 428140, [email protected]. Please report any faulty, incomplete or defects within 48 hours of receiving them.

 

Upon receipt of your goods you are advised to carefully inspect the packaging and contetns to ensure they are intact and complete, before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods.

 

If you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to purchase the product before the product has been dispatched, then you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

 

If the goods have already been dispatched or marked for delivery, unfortunately the cost of delivery is non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us – [email protected] and include in the email header ‘RETURN REQUEST’ followed by your order number. Please provide any photos of the damaged products, if faulty.
Additionally, customers may not return an item for “inaccurate listing” reason when its dimensions or other characteristics do not fit its requirements.
