Shipping Policy


In most cases, a product on our website will give you an indication of the current stock availability, but shipping is not uniform for all products. We maintain fantastic relationships with all of our suppliers and we aim to get products to customers within 3 business days of the order being taken. 

This availability is based on information from our suppliers and our sales and supply patterns. The availability information given acts as a guide only and therefore it is not a guarantee as there are external factors that we may not have control over.

Coronavirus Update – UK couriers and transport companies will not currently guarantee delivery times and we are seeing a slight delay in deliveries – please bear this on mind when ordering.

Large machinery and diesel gensets however are typically priced on application and all depend on the destination. We will be happy to quote on any large diesel generator and discuss your needs over the phone or via email. 

Most orders placed before 12pm on a business day will be shipped from our suppliers on the same day provided the product is in stock. If you need to be certain an item is in stock and available, or if you need a lead time, it’s worth calling our sales team on +44 (0)1757 428140. Pricing for extended shipping areas like Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and outlying Islands, Outer Hebrides, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and other postcodes not considered as UK mainland can be obtained also by calling our offices.

Please note that the processing of a payment and acknowledgement email does not constitute a legally binding contact. In the case of mispricing, changes in stock quantity, or if we believe the machine will be misused, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

N.B. Carriage is also chargeable on all parts and items under £100 in value, and our sales team may contact you for after a sales order has been made if additional carriage surcharges need to be applied.

Please note that orders under £50 may incur an additional delivery cost, which we will notify you of soon after the order is placed.

Goods damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged it is impossible to pursue a claim made after 48 hours of delivery so please ensure you check within this time. Do not accept deliveries that appear damaged and if you do so then please sign for as damaged / ask the delivery driver to make a note. In any event you must let us know within 48 hours – we will cannot accept claims for damaged goods after 48 hours.

For products which are in stock, ready for immediate dispatch. You can expect to receive your item within 2-3 business days (UK Mainland). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

For bulk orders and international orders, lead-times may vary. Please get in touch with our sales experts if you have any bulk order inquiries. Most orders placed before 1pm will be shipped same day from our suppliers. However, if we suspect or are notified your order maybe delayed, we will notify you promptly.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £9.50 flat rate shipping on parts delivered to the UK, by DHL Delivery. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from PowerMark, Vivars Way, Selby YO8 8BE. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries, we will send an email following your order with shipping options and quotes if shipping is available to your country, if not then we will process a full refund.

We use numerous couriers to arrange our shipping. This varies on size, destination and cost of goods. Once an order is placed, we will be in contact via email to give quotes on shipping times.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PowerMark is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
